Whitkirk Therapy is  a mobile hypnotherapy service that will visit you in your own home.  I cover Leeds and the surrounding areas. My name is Mags Booth and I am a qualified hypnotherapist  with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp CS) and Counselling and Psychotherapy (Dip. CP) . I am a professional member of the Hypnotherapy Society (LHS) and the Counselling Society (MCS (Acc)). You will be seen by me in your own home, in the safe knowledge that you will be on the road to satisfying your desired change quickly and effectively.

By using a combination of hypnotherapy and counselling techniques you can have a whole new perspective on your future. You can have more control of yourself whether that be for weight control or to stop smoking or even nail biting. These combined techniques are a powerful way of taking back control of your life. Hypnotherapy is a way of communicating with all aspects of your mind to bring about positive change. Your unconscious mind controls nearly all your behaviour. Gaining access to it can be extremely powerful – especially in therapy as a way of directing it purposefully.
